ITS A YEAR

Its a year since I started living on the sofa. A view that has changed my life. A day to make a conversation about being seen, not seen, being valued, not valued. Clinging to the edge, getting up from the edge. Wondering if it will ever change. Promoting it to change and then feeling, underneath a terror of change and future. A day to create joy in my world from the sofa.
